Vital Points

Strikes are most effective when delivered to the weakest points of an opponent’s body.
This is a simply a basic fully body reference guide.
Eyes - any strike to the eyes will cause a serious injury, resulting impairment or blindness.
Side of nose - will cause pain, bleeding and nasal bone fracture.
Up under the nose - pain and cartilage fracture.
Under the chin - a heavy strike could cause unconsiouness.
Ear - can cause pain, disorinetation, inner ear injury and loss of balance.
Under the ear - is a good pressure point to attack.
Throat hollow - will cause death or breathing problem.

Pressure Points

Self-defense or self defense refers to actions taken by a person to protect own self or to prevent another person from causing harm to one’s self.

This term may define any form of personal defense, that is strongly associated with martial art (hand-to-hand self defense techniques). Many styles of martial arts are practiced for self-defense. Some martial arts are practiced for sport.

Martial arts practitioners always focus on increasing the “power” of their strikes, and also on the target of their strikes to give a maximum impact, and to achieve specific outcomes.

The smart way to defense your self is to know the weakest pressure point of your opponent bodies. A pressure point in martial art means an area on the human body that when ‘strikes’ produces significant pain or injury.

This video will show you 4 pressure point of our body. So be careful and take care of your pressure points.

There are various types of Pressure Points, each of which is applied differently, and each one creating different effects.

Level Four - First technique

Hallo ,
I feel good today. One of my friend’s ask me to join him to create a new martial art system. He plan to propose that system to education department in his district. It is a great honour for me. We will discuss it on Monday.

In this post, i will show you the first technique of Level Four. It is a locking technique called ‘kunci lipat tangan’. For the first time i asked my gurlz to do a demo. Watch this video :

Can you do it ?

Ask your friend to do it with you .

Start with facing each others and ready stance.
Ask your friend to step forward (right leg) and straight punch (right hand). Pic 1
You need to move to left side and grab your friend wrist hand and “bend” it back. Pic 2, Pic 3 & Pic 4

Observe the other side view (choke to the neck).

Move your right leg forward ,twist your hip , use your elbow to hit he/her chin. Pic 5 (to bring his/her down).
When he/her lay on the ground (after you thrown he/her) press your knee on he/her waist. Pic 7.

You need to train hard to master this “kunci lipat tangan” technique. Happy Weekend.

Level Three - Using hand and leg technique

Hi,
Your lesson will complete with this technique. I just show you one technique only. You need to use your imagination to create your own technique. At this level you need to create ten technique for the grading.

Anybody can use this technique. No need to use martial art equipment.
The best thing is , it’s free , no need to go to dojo. Home base training.

Level Three - Kicking technique

Stamping kick is a downward kicking technique. It can be applied to front, rear, inner or outer target. Stamping kick attack to the front and rear the heel is used as the striking tool. Stamping is used mainly to attack an opponent’s knee joint, shin, ankle and instep.

In this video, i will show you how to use stamping kick ,turning kick, front kick and side kick.
It just an example, so , why don’t you create your own technique.
